ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in activities provided by Clawmentum™ may involve certain risks, including but not limited to minor injury, slips, falls, or contact with arcade equipment or other participants.
By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the arcade/mobile arcade, claw machines, and related activities.
I agree that The Claw Mobile/Arcade Houston™, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in activities associated with the arcade/mobile arcade.
Parents or legal guardians acknowledge responsibility for supervising their minor children while participating.
I grant permission to Clawmentum to photograph or record video of me or my child during participation in the mobile arcade activities.
I understand that these photos and videos may be used for marketing, advertising, website content, and social media without compensation.
If I do not consent to photo/video use, I will notify event staff at the time of participation.
