I understand that participation in activities provided by The Claw Mobileâ„¢ and the Claw Arcadeâ„¢ may involve certain risks, including but not limited to minor injury, slips, falls, or contact with arcade equipment or other participants.
By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the mobile arcade, claw machines, and related activities.
I agree that The Claw Mobile/Arcade Houstonâ„¢, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in activities associated with the mobile arcade.
Parents or legal guardians acknowledge responsibility for supervising their minor children while participating.
Photo & Video Release
I grant permission to The Claw Mobile/Arcade Houstonâ„¢ to photograph or record video of me or my child during participation in mobile arcade activities.
I understand that these photos and videos may be used for marketing, advertising, website content, and social media without compensation.
If I do not consent to photo/video use, I will notify event staff at the time of participation.
