Cancellation Policy

To reserve your event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations + Rescheduling:

We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your event. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 7 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Weather Policy:

The Claw Mobile HTX operates rain or shine; however, in the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions (including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or other extreme conditions) on the day of your event, we prioritize safety. In these situations, we will work with you to reschedule your event for a future date or provide a credit to be used toward a future booking.
