I understand that participation in activities provided by The Claw Mobile™ and the Claw Arcade™ may involve certain risks, including but not limited to minor injury, slips, falls, or contact with arcade equipment or other participants.

By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the mobile arcade, claw machines, and related activities.

I agree that The Claw Mobile/Arcade Houston™, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in activities associated with the mobile arcade.

Parents or legal guardians acknowledge responsibility for supervising their minor children while participating.
